葡萄糖在疏水性复合电极上的电化学氧化还原

摘    要:报道了自制的疏水性复合电极材料(Ni-PTFE、Zn-PTFE)应用于葡萄糖的电氧化和电还原的研究.实验中分别测定了极化曲线、循环伏安曲线、电极稳定性等电化学特征参数,考察了葡萄糖的初始浓度、槽温和电流密度对葡萄糖电还原的影响以及葡萄糖电氧化过程的电流效率.实验结果表明,Ni-PTFE适用于葡萄糖的电氧化和电还原,其电流效率分别为64%和31%,转化率可达95%和94%.

Abstract:Hydrophobic metal-polytetrafluoroethylene(Ni-PTFE and Zn-PTFE) composite electrodes were prepared and used for electrochemical oxidation-reduction of glucose.The electrochemical characterizations such as polarization curve,cyclic voltammogram and electrode stability were investigated.The effects such as glucose concentration,bath temperature and current density were discussed.The current efficiency and percent conversion of electrooxidation and electroreduction of glucose were determined.The results showed that Ni-PTFE was significant on the electrooxidation of glucose with 64% current efficiency and 95% percent conversion,the electroreduction of glucose with 31% current efficiency and 94% percent conversion,respectively.
