| 摘 要： | 分析了传统汽车行业售后服务模式的不足,提出了网络化售后服务的模型,详细介绍了网络化售后服务的体系结构、功能设计、实现方法以及系统实现的关键技术.实现了一个基于ASP(application service provider)平台的网络化售后服务系统,该系统基于.NET平台上开发,具有良好的柔性和可扩充性,目前已在多家汽车企业中使用,改变了企业的传统售后服务模式,提高了企业售后服务的质量和效率.

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the deficiency of exixting automobile post-sale service models and puts forward a networked post-sale model.The structure,functional design,methods and the key technologies to realize the system are introduced in detail.Automobile post-sale system is based on ASP platform.The system which is developed in.Net platform has good flexibility and expandability.It changes the traditional post-sale business model and improved the quality and efficiency of the enterprise service.At present,it has been used by many users. |
