改善水泵运行的节能技术

摘    要:针对在电力工业生产中,各类水泵品种多、耗电量大的问题,文章采用调速驱动水泵的方式来降低水泵的电耗,并利用水泵的节能调节曲线来对其进行经济性分析,同时利用系统分析的方法来进行水泵的优化调度,改善了水泵运行的状况,提高了能源的有效利用率,使水泵高效、经济、平稳、安全的运行.所得结论对于我国电力生产部门的全局节能挖潜具有重大意义.

Abstract:In view of the problem of wide variety in types of water pumps and great power consumption in electric industrial production,the power consumption of water pump is reduced by means of driving the water pump with speed adjustment,and energy-conservation regulating curve of water pump is used to carry on the economical analysis.At the same time,the article makes use of system analytical method to carry on the optimizing regulation of water pump,which improves the operation of water pump,increases the effective rate of utilization of the-energy,and it makes the water pump operates-efficiently,economically and steadily and safely.The conclusion has great significance for the overall energy-conservation,in the electrical production departments of our country.
