基于LabWindows/CVI和RTX的实时测控软件设计

摘    要:针对传统测控软件采用上下位机实现实时测控的方式结构繁琐、效率低、可靠性差的问题,设计基于LabWindows/CVI及RTX的实时测控软件平台。在单台计算机上同时运行LabWindows/CVI和RTX程序,LabWindows/CVI程序负责数据的显示、分析和管理等非实时工作,RTX程序负责设备控制、数据采集等实时工作,二者之间利用共享内存方式通信。基于此方式的实时测控软件具有实时能力高、通信可靠高效、界面友好的特点,有效地解决了Windows系统无法满足实时性要求的问题。此软件应用于飞行器加载系统中,获得了很好的控制效果。

Design of real-time control software with LabWindows/CVI and RTX

Abstract:In order to avoid the disadvantages as complicated structure,low efficiency and poor reliability of classic control software system to realize real-time control running on up and down computers,the software built with LabWindows/CVI and RTX running on a single computer is designed and implemented.The non-real-time tasks as the data display,analysis and management are done by LabWindows/CVI.The real-time tasks as data acquisition,device control are done by RTX.Shared memory mechanism is used for the communication between the two parts.The proposed software,which has high real-time ability,efficient and reliable communication and friendly interface,can resolve the problem that Windows operating system cannot satisfy the real-time requirement.
