| Abstract: | The primary.formation.distribution.structure and mechanism of regulating material transportation of plasmodesmata are commented in the paper, show that plasmodesmata play an important role in material transportation and signal transduction.A series of different opinions are analysed and synthesized,in order to realize the mechanism of regulating of plasmodesmata on ultrastructure. |
