摘    要:本文通过水培试验,研究不同锌浓度对寒地春玉米幼苗的形态指标及气孔导度、蒸腾速率、净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度的影响。结果表明:寒地春玉米幼苗适宜锌浓度为0.01~1μmol?L-1。不同锌浓度对玉米生长的影响主要表现在地上部,而对地下部生长影响较小。在Zn浓度0.01~1μmol?L-1时锌的施用增加了玉米叶片气孔导度,提高了玉米叶片的净光合速率和蒸腾速率,提高了玉米幼苗瞬时水分利用率,从而增强了玉米幼苗的光合作用。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of different zinc concentrations on physiological characteristics of maize seedling, different Zn-tolerant maize cultivars were used as materials. The results showed that the appropriate concentrations of zinc for maize seedlings varies from 0.01-1μmoloL-1. Different Zn concentrations had more effects on aerial part than underground part. Zn concentration of 0.01 - 1 μmol.L-1 increased the stomata conductance of maize leaves, which increased the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate, as well as the instantaneous water use efficiency of maize seedlings, thus increasing the photosynthesis of maize seedlings.
