| 摘 要： | 民航机务维修人员作为保障民航安全飞行的重要责任人,其心理健康状况直接影响到民航运输的安全进行。通过对机务人员进行量表调查其工作压力状况,运用层次分析法对机务人员受到的工作压力源进行分析,最后讨论如何采取正确干预方法帮助机务人员减轻工作压力影响。

| Abstract: | Maintenance personnel of civil aviation has an important responsibility to ensure the safety of civilaviation flight. The mental health status of them directly affects the safety of civil aviation transportation. Thequestionnaire survey was carried out to measure the working pressure of maintenance personnel by using theAnalytic Hierarchy Process （AHP）. Finally we discussed how to take correct intervention methods to help crew toreduce the stress at work. |
