| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国消防法》规定,县级以上公安机关消防监督机构对本辖区消防工作实施监督管理,同时赋予公安派出所一定的消防监督检查职能,但未赋予其消防行政许可(审批)权、火灾事故调查权和行政处罚权。本文就此分析了公安机关内部各级消防监督机构特别是支队、大队两级和公安派出所消防职权划分上的不足,并提出了改进建议。
