新沂市可持续发展思路研究

通过对新沂市可持续发展所面临的人口、资源、环境和经济发展问题的分析，提出了该市可持续发展的思路：转变传统发展观念，树立以资源利用安全和生态环境安全为核心的可持续发展观，并在该思想的指导下，建立生态工业结构体系和与该市地域分异相适应的农业生产体系，进而建立该市场经济社会人口、资源、环境相协调的发展模式，并从理论上提出了包括经济、人口、区际协调等在内的市域可持续发展政策体系。

Study on Thinks of Sustainable Development in Xinyi Area

Based on the analysis of the present economic development and the question of resources and environment in Xinyi region, the thinks of sustainable development in Xinyi region are put forward, i.e., to acquire a sustainable development outlook, to establish ecoindustrial structure system, to set up agricultural system conforming to region diversity of Xinyi region, to build coordinating development model between economy and society, population, resources, environment. The policy system of sustainable development in Xinyi region,including economic policy, population policy, coordination policy between regions is suggested.
