酵母中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的分析

摘    要:分解H2O2和有机过氧化物的含硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Se-GSH-Px)活性和只分解有机过氧化物的不含硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(non-Se-GSH-Px)活性都存在于酵母中.酵母在无氧的条件下培养,Se-GSH-Px活性减弱,non-Se-GSH-Px活性增强;在含有H2O2或CuSO4的培养基中生长,两种形式的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性均增加;在含硒的培养基中生长,只有Se-GSH-Px活性增加.实验结果表明,GSH-Px在酵母抗氧化作用中起着重要的作用.

Abstract:Both forms of enzyme,i.e.one containing selenium(selenium-dependent-GPX)and reacting with both organic hydro peroxides and hydrogen peroxide,the other not containing selenium(selenium-independent-GPX)and reacting with organic hydro pero xides,were found to be present in some yeasts.The activity of Se-GSH-Px decreased when cells we re grown in the absence of oxygen,while the other form was in creased under the same conditions.A ddtion of CuSO 4 or H 2 O 2 to the culture greatly increased both forms;addition of Na 2 SeO 3 to culture only increased Se-GSH-Px.The results show that glu tathione peroxidase may have an important role in the action of yeast against oxidative damage.
