小波包尺度图在故障检测中的应用

摘    要:提出了一种基于小波包尺度图的故障检测方法,该方法通过对振动信号进行小波包分解,然后利用其尺度图作为特征量来识别设备工作是否正常,并确定其故障频率,通过对一组不同情况的机械振动信号进行分析,结果表明该方法有效可行,并且适用于其它类似问题的监测和诊断。

Abstract:A fault diagnosis method according to wavelet packet scalogram is proposed. It decomposes signals in different bands by using compactly Daubechies wavelet packet bases. Then calculating the percentage of scalogram of each wavelet packet subspace contained in the whole scalogram, and further it candetect the fanlt frequency. It has been shown that, this method can be successfnlly applied to machine axes fault diagnosis.
