含裂纹岩石试件注浆模拟测试系统研制及试验研究

摘    要:针对当前注浆实验多使用相似模拟材料制备类岩石试样,导致注浆加固效果评价不准、机理探析困难等问题,设计研发一种含裂纹岩石试件注浆性能测试系统,该系统由三联同步注浆加压系统、岩石测试系统以及数据采集系统组成。首先,对同一岩性的多个岩石试件进行单轴压缩试验获得基准参数,并得到含裂纹岩石试件;然后,利用三联同步注浆加压系统进行注浆加固,并再次开展力学性能测试获得对比参数;通过对注浆前后岩石试件力学性能及破坏形态进行对比,获得围岩注浆加固效果。利用该系统对淮南谢桥煤矿某巷道岩石进行测试分析,结果表明:注浆岩石试样强度性能取决于岩石强度和浆体材料中的较小值,注浆试件强度约为原岩力学性质的70~85%。本试验系统能够进行岩石裂隙注浆试验并对揭示围岩注浆加固机理、指导现场注浆效果具有重要意义。

Abstract:In view of the problems of inaccurate evaluation of grouting reinforcement effect and difficult mechanism analysis caused by the current grouting experiments using similar simulation materials to prepare rock like samples, a grouting performance test system for rock samples with cracks is designed and developed. The system is composed of triple synchronous grouting pressurization system, rock test system and data acquisition system. Firstly, the uniaxial compression test is carried out on multiple rock samples of the same lithology to obtain the reference parameters, and the rock samples with cracks are obtained; Then, the triple synchronous grouting pressure system is used for grouting reinforcement, and the mechanical properties are tested again to obtain the comparison parameters; By comparing the mechanical properties and failure modes of rock specimens before and after grouting, the grouting reinforcement effect of surrounding rock is obtained. The system is used to test and analyze the rock of a roadway in Xieqiao coal mine in Huainan. The results show that the strength performance of grouting rock sample depends on the smaller value of rock strength and slurry material, and the strength of grouting sample is about 70 ~ 85% of the mechanical properties of original rock. The test system can carry out rock fissure grouting test, and is of great significance to reveal the grouting reinforcement mechanism of surrounding rock and guide the grouting effect on site.
