| 摘 要： | 为使HP54600A数字化示波器在Labview软件环境下进行数据采集,设计了该系统.通过GPIB总线对ScPI程控指令和数据信号进行传输,在较宽的频带上采得了较精确的数据,系统具有采样频带宽、扩展性强、运行稳定等优点.这种设计思路降低了科研人员在Labview环境下构造高频数据采集系统的成本.

| Abstract: | A data acquisition system based on HP54600A was designed in LabVIEW environment.This system transfered SCPI command and data by GPIB bus which acquired an accurate data.The constitution of the hardware,the design approach of the software programmable and experimental result were introduced.The system is wide in sampling frequency band,running stably,easy program maintenance and upgrade.This program designing approach can greatly reduce the cost to build high frequency data acquisition system. |
