摘    要:详细介绍了食品中苯甲酸的检测新技术,如高效液相色谱法(HPLC)及反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)、气相色谱法(GC)、离子色谱法(IC)、毛细管电泳法(CE)、液相色谱/气相色谱-质谱联用法(HPLC/GC-MS)、动力学荧光法、电位滴定法等,为食品中苯甲酸的便捷、准确检验提供参考。

Abstract:This paper described the new detection technologies of benzoic acid in food,including High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and Reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC),Gas chromatography(GC),Ionchromatography(IC),Capillaryelectrophoresis(CE),HPLC /GC-Mass Spectrometry,Kinetic fluorometry,Potentiometric titration,et al.The technologies did favor to convenient and accurate detection of benzoic acid in food.
