| 摘 要： | 介绍了信息素质的内涵，通过对大学生信息素质的现状分析，提出了网络环境下培养和提高高校学生信息素质的有效措施，包括构筑科学的信息素质教育内容体系．提高馆员信息素质，充分发挥图书馆的用户教育职能等。
