高校生活及其信用建设

高校是先进性道德的重要发源地,肩负着文明传承、人伦教化和科技创新的重要使命,高校师生的良好信用不仅是构建和谐校园的重要道德基础,同时也是扭转社会风气,引领大众向善的关键因素。学术和人才评价机制与人才聘用和晋升机制的不完善,社会不良风气的侵袭以及缺乏强有力的监管力量,是导致目前高校师生信用失范的主要原因。高校师生良好信用关系的产生与维系有赖于构建科学合理的人才评价指标体系,有赖于建设人才信用档案体系以及加强师生信用教育。

Colleges and universities,as an important origin of advanced morality,shoulder heavy responsibilities of civilization passing on,human education and innovation of science and technology.The good credit of teachers and students at colleges and universities is not only the important moral foundation of constructing harmious campus,but also the key factors of fostering a healthy social atmosphere.The non-perfection of mechanism of academy and talents evaluation and talents appointment and promotion,the erosion of unhealthy social atmosphere and lack of effective supervision are the main reasons leading to credit defect.The establishment and maintainment of good credit relations of teachers and students at colleges and universities depend on establishing scientific and rational system of talents evaluation,constructing system of talents credit archives and strengthening credit education to teachers and students.
