新疆锡伯族7~18岁学生生长发育研究

摘    要:文章通过了解新疆锡伯族7~18岁学生的身体发育状况。对新疆伊犁州察布查尔锡伯族自治县2200名学生进行体质测试,分别计算身体形态指标身高、体重和胸围以及生长发育指数伯格林指数、维尔维克指数、克托莱指数、身高体质量指数和BMI指数作为学生的评价指标,并作城乡比较。结果表明身体形态各指标随着年龄的增长而增长,胸廓的发育速度少年时期小于身高的生长速度,而青春期尤其是青春期后期胸廓的发育速度大于身高的发育速度;体重的增加速度同胸廓呈现相同的结果。男生在各方面均高于女生,且呈现出青春期特点;城市学生优于乡村学生。

Abstract:This paper studys on the physical development status of 7~18 students in Xibe ethnic minority of Xinjiang. we made the physical fitness test on 2200 students in ili qapqal Xibe autonomous country of Xinjiang,and calculated separately the body shape index、height、weight、chest circumference and growing development index、Bur?gring index、Weiwick index、quetlet index、BMI index as assessment target of students,in addition we compared the difference between urban and rural areas. With the growing of age, every index of body shape is growing. In boy-hood,the development rate of thoracic cage is less than the growth rate of height,but in adolescence,especially in postpuberty the development rate of thoracic cage is larger than the growth rate of height;and the weight acceleration with thoracic cage on the same results.All the aspects boys are higher than girls,and present the features of adoles-cence;the students of urban are better than rural.
