膝关节滑膜炎的关节镜治疗

目的:探讨采用关节镜技术治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床效果.方法:2002年1月-2004年4月对19例膝关节滑膜炎在关节镜下行滑膜切除术.结果:术后1w有3例感膝关节疼痛,无肿胀,无关节积液,口服水杨酸类药物后疼痛消失.术后仅有1例轻度肿胀,3例膝关节疼痛,无关节积液,经制动、休息口服水杨酸类药物后,肿胀消失.术后随访均未发现复发.结论:通过关节镜能够完成膝关节滑膜彻底切除,有助于滑膜炎治疗.关节镜手术创伤小,能够最大程度恢复膝关节功能.

Arthroscopic Treatment of Synovitid of the Knee

Objective:To explore the clinical results of arthroscopic treatment of synoritis. Methods. 19 cases of synoritis were treated by arthescopic total synoretomy from 2002.1 to 2004.4 Result:one week after operation,there was pain in 3 cases,no slighting,no effusion was found,but after the 3 cases have indomethasinum,it was pain release. There was slight swelling in 1 cases,no pain,no effusion was found,but after the 1 cases have indomethacinum and have arest,it's swelling release. No recurrence was found in all cases. Conclusion:In case of synoritis of the kneejoint,arthnoscopical total synivectomy is able to prevent recurrence and to assure the good surgical results. The pricedure is ninimally invasive,and useful to restore knee function.
