体育锻炼对改善大学生身心健康的作用研究

摘    要:为探讨经常性体育锻炼对大学生身心健康的影响,按照体育人口的标准,将新乡市大学生分为体育人口与非体育人口,进行体质与心理健康状况的对比,得出大学生体育人口在身体形态、机能以及素质三方面均显著优于非体育人口,大学生体育人口的心理健康水平也显著优于非体育人口,体育锻炼对大学生身心健康有着重要的促进作用.

Abstract:To probe into usualness physical training is to check physical and psychological health effect of college students.According to sports population standard,Xinxiang City college students are divided into sports population and non-sports population,contrasting physique health and the psychological situation.The college student sports population is notably better in the body form,enginery and quality than non-sports population,and college student sports population psychology healthy level is also better than non-sports population.Physical training has important effect on promoting college student physical.and psychological health.It is suggested that the university must further strengthen train the university student sports consciousness and the custom,to make more college students be perfect in physical training.
