摘    要:报道了一种简单、廉价、安全、适合工业化生产的合成左旋四氢叶酸的方法.采用工业级叶酸为起始原料,通过还原反应、手性拆分等步骤合成了标题化合物,总收率达到38.7%.

Abstract:6S-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrofolic acid is synthesized from commercial available folic acid used as raw materials via reduction reaction and chiral resolution reaction.The overall yield could reach 38.7%(calculated from folic acid).The method has high industrial value thanks to its low production cost,convenient steps,simplicity and high yield.
