| 摘 要： | 产业集群以规模经济和范围经济等形式促进地区经济的增长，政府可以对产业集群的形成与成长发挥重要作用。地方政府应该对产业集群与技术创新和经济增长的关系进行深刻思考，充分利用产业集群优势促进区域经济发展。
