高职学生职业综合能力培养途径探究

摘    要:对高职教育特色的认识,是探讨如何培养高职学生综合能力的着力点。培养高职学生的职业综合能力,要抓住两条主线。一是对培养目标进行科学定位,以能力为本位,制定科学的人才培养方案;二是以产学合作教育为主要途径,改革教学模式和教学方法,建立科学的理论教学体系和实践教学体系。同时,为了保证学生的职业综合能力的培养,要注重抓好四项基本建设,优化实践教学环境。

Abstract:Understanding the character of higher vocational education is the foundation of how to develop the higher vocational students' comprehensive ability.To develop the higher vocational students' professional comprehensive ability,there are two main clues to seize.One is to establish the scientific developing plan for talents which is based on the department of the ability through scientific targets.The other is to establish the scientific theory for teaching systems and the practical teaching systems which enable to improve the professional comprehensive ability effectively.Its main methods are to combine the production with the learning and to reform the teaching style and teaching methods.At the same time,in order to ensure to develop students' professional comprehensive ability,the four basic constructions should be emphasized on and the practical teaching environment should be enhanced.
