| Abstract: | In this paper,the strategies to train the undergraduates’ ability of innovation in organic chemistry teaching were discussed.Undergraduates’ innovation consciousness and innovation thought can be cultivated and their innovation ability and innovation ardor can be trained by innovating teaching philosophy and teaching methods and by reforming teaching contents and assesment methods.Thus,the purpose of training and enhanceing undergraduates’ ability of innovation can be achieved. |
