摘    要:讨论了有机化学实验教学培养学生创新能力的策略。通过创新教学理念和教学方式、改革教学内容和考核方式,形成学生的创新意识、创新思维,培养创新能力,激发创新热情,从而达到培养和增强学生创新能力的目的。

Abstract:In this paper,the strategies to train the undergraduates’ ability of innovation in organic chemistry teaching were discussed.Undergraduates’ innovation consciousness and innovation thought can be cultivated and their innovation ability and innovation ardor can be trained by innovating teaching philosophy and teaching methods and by reforming teaching contents and assesment methods.Thus,the purpose of training and enhanceing undergraduates’ ability of innovation can be achieved.
