摘    要:水合物气体分离技术是根据不同气体分子生成水合物的条件不同而提出的。首次提出了利用水合物气体分离技术分离含氢气体的方法 ,并建立了一套水合物分离装置。对工业生产中典型含氢气体混合物 (CH4-H2 混合气、CO2 -H2 混合气 )进行了提纯实验。实验结果表明 ,水合物气体分离技术对氢气有较好的提纯效果 ,气液比是影响水合物反应速率的重要因素。利用简化的Englezos Skovborg水合物生长动力学模型对实验数据进行了计算 ,结果发现 ,表征反应的综合影响因子k并非定值 ,而与进气浓度等因素有关

Abstract:The hydrate gas separating technology was defined according to the different conditions forming the hydrate from gas with different moleculars. A new method for separating or purifying hydrogen from gas mixture is proposed. A set of hydrate gas separating devices were set up for this purpose. The mixture of methane and hydrogen, and the mixture of dioxide carbon and hydrogen were selected as gas samples for separating experiment. The results confirm that the hydrate gas separating technology is feasible for hydrogen separation and purification. The vapor/liquid ratio of feed seriously influences the reaction speed. The calculation of the experimental data using the simplified Englezos Skovborg model shows that the coefficent parameter k is not a constant, but it is related with some special factors, such as gas content in the feed.
