摘    要:
对胜利石化总厂催化裂化装置反应系统各部位焦块的组成和结焦原因进行了分析 ,提出了一系列抑制或减少结焦的措施。抑制或减少提升管进料喷嘴上方区域结焦的关键在于提高催化裂化进料的汽化率和改善催化剂的流动状况 ,保证催化剂有合适的预提升线速和密度。对于沉降器顶部和转油线部位 ,减少结焦的关键在于防止油气中易结焦组分的冷凝和缩短反应油气在这些部位的停留时间

Abstract:
The constituents of coke and causes of coking in residual catalytic cracking unit of Shengli Petrochemical Factory are analyzed. On the basis of analysis result, a series of technical measures for inhibiting or reducing coking are put forward. Increasing the vaporization of catalytic feed, improving flow status of catalyst, and keeping catalyst in a fit feeding velocity and a certine density are the key measures for inhibiting or reducing of coking on feed nozzles in riser. It is very important to avoid the condensation of easily coked fractions and to shorten the staying time of oil and gas in oil gas pipeline.
