常德市成年人闲暇体育与体育人口现状研究

为了了解常德市成年人体育锻炼现状,对该市5 049名20~69岁成年人的闲暇活动进行了问卷调查。结果显示:看电视听广播、轻家务劳动和体育锻炼是其闲暇时的主要活动;健步走、跑步、舞蹈体操类是其主要锻炼项目;工作忙、没兴趣和家务忙是其锻炼的主要障碍;其体育人口比例为16.3%。与2005年比较,虽然常德市全民健身工作取得了一定成绩,如体育锻炼在闲暇活动排序中前移3位,缺乏场地设施从锻炼障碍排序中后移5位,体育人口也增长了3.6个百分点,但与全民健身计划纲要的要求还相差较远,常德市群众体育工作还任重道远。

Research on contemporary situation of adult leisure sports and sports population of Changde City

For the purpose of ascertaining the reality of adult sports participation of Changde City, series of questionnaire have been done on 5 049 adults in total aged from 20 to 69. the result reveals:their prevailing leisure activities in their spare time include viewing TV programs, listening to radio, doing light labor-consuming housework and taking part in sports; major sports activities include hiking, running, dancing and rhythmic gymnastics; major obstacles that contain their participation in sports are dedication to jobs, denial to sports and occupation of heavy housework;the margin of sports population is approximately 16.3%. Compared with the index of 2005, though the serial number of sports population raises three and that of deficiency of sports equipment and field drops five;the job of nationwide physical fitness campaign is conducted fruitfully and the percentage of sports population increases 3.6, the task of mass sports activities is still harsh and challenging and the distance to accomplishment of nationwide physical fitness campaign program is still remote.
