腹腔液中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1水平与子宫内膜异位症

目的:探讨腹腔液中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)在子宫内膜异位症(内异症)发生、发展中的作用。方法:内异症患者40例作为研究组,非内异症患者40例作为对照组。采用ELISA法检测内异症患者和对照组患者腹腔液中MCP-1水平,探讨腹腔液中MCP-1与内异症发病、疾病分期、不同月经期别的关系。结果:腹腔液中MCP-1浓度,内异症组高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);内异症组早期、晚期均高于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.01);内异症组早期高于晚期,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。内异症组和对照组,不同月经期别,腹腔液中MCP-1浓度均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:MCP-1可能参与内异症的发病。MCP-1可能与内异症的发生、发展有关。内异症组和对照组,月经期别均与腹腔液中MCP-1水平无显著相关。
