杯[8]芳烃磺酸钠与中性红的包合作用

摘    要:采用紫外分光光度法和荧光光谱法研究了杯8]芳烃磺酸钠与中性红之间的包合作用.当中性红溶液浓度较高时,杯8]芳烃磺酸钠的加入使中性红溶液的荧光强度增加,实验证明这是由于中性红与杯8]芳烃磺酸钠形成了包合物,以致溶液中裸露的中性红分子减少的缘故.介绍了利用光谱法测量包合反应的生成常数方法.结果表明,杯8]芳烃磺酸钠与中性红可形成1∶1(摩尔比)的包合物.

Abstract:The reaction for the formation of inclusion complex between p-sulfonated calix8]arene and neutral red has been investigated with UV and fluorescence spectroscopy. The fact that the intensity of fluorescence increases when p-sulfonated calix8]arene is added into high concentrated neutral red solution confirms the formation of inclusion complex p-sulfonated calix8]arene and neutral red, which leads the decrease of naked neutral red molecule in the solution. A spectroscopic method for determining the reaction constant for forming inclusion complex is also described. The experimental results show that the ratio of the inclusion complex formed between p-sulfonated (calix8]arene) and neutral red is 11.
