| 摘 要： | 给定一个群G，称一个关于G的新矩阵A是群矩阵，如果它的元素都是层向量，并且这些层向量构成G的群表．同时，运用矩阵理论给出了群矩阵的一些性质及应用，通过群矩阵，提供了研究群的一种新方法。

| Abstract: | Given a finite group G,a new matrix A for G is called group matrix if its elements are floor vectors and form the group table of G.In this paper,some properties and applications of the group matrix by using matrices theories are given,and using the group matrix will provide a new way to research into the finite group. |
