| Abstract: | The marine resource is recognized and evaluated completely from five aspects,such as marine mineral resource, marine organism resource, marine space resource,marine renewable energy and marine water resource.And it shows the problems and defects in exploiting marine resource at present. It supports theoretic derection for people to exploit the marine resource reasonably and to utilize it effectively. |
