| 摘 要： | 综合企业的还债能力和还债积极性等因素，提出一个信誉度的概念，并建立了债务信度网络模型。然后由债务信度网络构造了容量费用网络，利用最小费用循环流问题给出了该模型的一个多项式算法。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we first present the concept of credit degree based on the ability and activity of paying debts, and build a debt credit degree network model. Then we construct a capacity cost network from the debt credit degree network. Finally, by applying minimum cost circulation flow problem, we give a polynomial algorithm for this model. |
