一种基于两阶段协商的群体评价方法

在群体评价中,针对不同专家(或利益相关者)之间对方案的评价经常存在意见不一致的情况,提出了一种基于两阶段协商的群体评价方法。首先依据给出的协商信息对协商群体进行了意见群划分,然后在此基础上分别对群内意见与群间意见进行了两阶段协商。该方法具有协调群体非一致性意见(或利益)、优化群体评价结论等特点。算例验证了方法的有效性。

Method of group evaluation based on two phases-bargaining

Aiming at the inconsistent circumstances which exist in alternatives evaluation conclusions of different experts(or stakeholders),a method of group evaluation based on two phases-bargaining aggregation is proposed to solve the inconsistency.First,the views of group are divided based on the information given by the bargaining groups,then the courses of two phases-bargaining are conducted on inner-group views and inter-group views,respectively.The method has the characteristics of coordinated groups of the inconsistency views(or interests) and optimizing groups’ evaluation conclusions and so on.Finally,a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
