| 摘 要： | 提出一个基于Windows Mobile的移动视频监控系统设计方案。文章介绍了整个视频监控系统的体系结构，讨论了在移动平台上实现视频监控的相关关键技术，重点阐述了移动视频监控系统的实现。测试结果及系统实际应用效果证明了该设计方案的有效性。
