贵州省钢铁企业职工心理健康调查

心理健康是健康极其重要的组成部分,现代社会中心理健康已成为人们关注的重要问题,然而在企业中,尤其是重工业企业中,职工的心理健康问题却未引起足够的关注。通过调查贵州省钢铁企业职工的心理健康状况,旨在了解钢铁企业人员的心理健康水平,结果发现贵州省钢铁企业职工的心理健康水平远低于全国正常成人平均水平。

An investigation on phychological health in Guizhou steel enterprises

Phychological healthy is one of the most important parts of health. In morden society phy-choloical healthy has been regarded as the important problem to which the people pay more attention. However,in some enterprises, especially in some heavy industries, the workers phychological health is neglected. In order to know more about the standards of phychological health in steel industry ,we have done some investigations in Guizhou steel enterprises and discovered that the workers of steel industry in Guizhou is much lower than the standards of normal adult on national average.
