摘    要:本文研究了在稀磷酸介质中,NO2-催化溴酸钾氧化孔雀绿褪色的指示反应,建立了催化光度法测定NQ2-的新方法.NO2-量在0—450ng/25ml范围内与ln(A0/A)成线性关系,用于水样和蔬菜中NO2-的测定取得满意结果.

Abstract:new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determining trace NO2-has been described.The method is based on the catalytic oxidation of malachite green by potassium bromate in the solution of dilute phosphoric acid. The linear range for determination is 450ng/25ml for nitrite. The method is suitable for the determination of nitrite in water samples and vegetables.
