摘    要:为探讨偏心柱塞的液体漏耗及受力特点 ,对准二维Reynolds方程进行数值求解 ,获得柱塞受力分布的三维曲面及漏耗特征曲线 ,分析了偏心率对柱塞自扶正能力的影响 ,讨论了极限偏心位置对密封性能及设备磨损的影响 ,结果表明 :柱塞偏心位置是造成内漏耗不可忽视的因素 ;在适当的偏心率下 ,柱塞保持一定的自扶正能力 ;处于极限偏心位置的柱塞会丧失自扶正能力 ,这是高压轴密封极为危险的位置 ,是制约更高压力生成的重要因素

Abstract:Plunger eccentricity is an important limit for generating high pressure. The leakage pressure distribution around the plunger was studied numerically by solving the two dimensional Reynolds function to predicat the Pressure distribution and leakage feature curves. The relation between eccentricity and leakage was analyzed. The self centering performance of the plunger was also discussed. The plunger eccentricity should not be neglected to obtain hydrodynamic sealing for ultra high pressures. Although the plunger has a self centering ability within a certain eccentricity range, the ability is completerly lost when the plunger moves to an extremly eccentric position, which limits the generation of high pressures.
