| 摘 要： | 自主创新与循环经济之间存在较强的内在关联度。针对资源性特征非常明显的珠江上游地区来说,自主创新是推动其循环经济发展的强大驱动力量,支撑循环经济发展是其自主创新的主要服务面向。树立创新意识、塑造创新主体、培育创新机制、营造创新环境,是增强自主创新能力,有效促进珠江上游地区循环经济发展的有效举措。

| Abstract: | There is internal correlation between innovation and the cyclical economy.For the upper area of the Zhujiang River with sources characteristics,innovation is the powerful drive and reliable support for the development of the cyclical economy.The effective measures for the promotion of the regional cyclical economy along the upper area of the Zhujiang River are as follows: establishing the awareness of innovation;setting the subject of innovation;fostering system for innovation;creating innovative atmosphere;and improving the innovative capacity. |
