| 摘 要： | 用扫描电镜对青鱼(Mylopharynydon piceus)鳃适应呼吸功能的表面形态结构进行了研究观察。结果表明:鳃耙、鳃弓和鳃丝上皮细胞表面都有隆嵴和刻纹等结构,鳃小片上皮细胞表面凹凸不平,同样也有隆嵴和刻纹,这些结构是与其生理功能密切相关的。

| Abstract: | The submicroscopic morphology of gill of Mylopharynydon piceus was observed and studied by SEM.The results demonstrated that the external morphological sructure of the gill rakes,the gill filaments and the gill arches shows the(presence) of features such as annular short lines,etc.What's more,the gill lamellas are not smooth and have some(outshots) and lines.The possible functions of these morphological characteristics are in relation to the physiology of the gill were discassed. |
