| 摘 要： | 提出一种适合打纬共轭凸轮机构的新型运动规律，建立的纬共轭凸轮廓线的坐标方程。利用三角函数运动规律的组合和主、回凸轮廓线的共轭特性，探讨打纬共轭凸轮机构的设计。推导出适合打纬共轭凸轮机构的双简谐运动规律的共轭凸轮廓线的坐标方程。研究表明，双简诸运动规律可用于设计打纬共轭凸轮机构，为设计高速织机凸轮机构奠定了理论基础。

| Abstract: | To propose a curve suitable for designing the conjugate cam tightening weft and establish the coordinate equations of the conjugate cam profiles tightening weft. Utilizing the information of the trigonometric curves and conjugate characteristics of the prime cam and the return cam, the methods of determining the conjugate cam profiles were established. The double simple harmonic motion of the tightening weft cam's follower and the mathematical equations of the cam were established. The double harmonic motion can be applied to designing the conjugate cam tightening weft. It lays a theoretical foundation for designing loom cam. |
