摘    要:Wollaston棱镜广泛应用于高性能的光学仪器的成像系统中.本文在研究Wollaston棱镜的分束角随入射光波长变化规律的基础上,通过利用Origin软件,从理论上分析了Wollaston棱镜分束角的光谱特性对成像系统的影响,从而得出了相干平面的出离量与入射光波长之间的关系.结果表明:Nomarski偏振光干涉仪相干平面的出离量随着入射光波长的增大而相应的增加.相干平面的出离量与其它各参量之间存在函数关系,据此,用计算机编程的方法可以很容易的调整光路中透镜的相对位置,从而获得清晰的瞬态过程干涉图.

Abstract:Wollaston prism is used widely in the image - forming system of the high performance optical instrument. Its splitting angle is influenced by the incident wavelength. Abased on the study about the regularity between the splitting angle and the incident wavelength, the influence of the splitting angle's spectral properties of Wollaston prism on the image - forming system is analysed theoretically by Origin. The result indicates that the coherent plane's slippage of Nomarski polarization interference spectrometer is increased with the incident wavelength. In order to obtain clear transient process interference figures, you should adjust the beam path by computer programming abased on the function between the slippage and the else parameters.
