摘    要:基于我国高速铁路架梁过程,将架梁施工分为提梁、运梁和落梁3个步骤。首先将架桥机等效为均布荷载,并且根据实际情况,将梁体分别等价为集中力或均布力,继而应用力法精细化分析临时支撑力学性能演化规律。同时,基于研究成果提出对架梁体系合理加固及预防措施,这将有效解决桥梁墩台或临时支撑的破坏,进而确保高速铁路箱形梁桥架梁施工的安全。

Abstract:Based on the process of beam erection of high-speed railway in China, the construction of beam erection is divided into three steps: lifting, transporting and dropping. Firstly, the bridge erecting machine is equivalent to uniformly distributed load, and according to the actual situation, the beam body is equivalent to concentrated force or uniform force respectively, and then the evolution law of mechanical properties of temporary support is analyzed by force method. At the same time, based on the research results, reasonable reinforcement and preventive measures are proposed, which will effectively solve the damage of bridge pier or temporary support, and ensure the safety of high-speed railway box girder bridge girder construction.
