计算机控制与自动化网络综合实验系统构建与应用

摘    要:根据计算机控制技术、可编程控制器应用技术、现场总线技术等课程教学需要,构建了"计算机控制与自动化网络实验体系"硬件平台。实验系统由设备层、控制层、网络层和浏览器四层体系构成,为学生提供了一个能够模拟真实工业现场的实验环境。实践证明,该实验系统很好地满足了课程基本实验、课程设计和毕业设计三个层次的教学需要,在培养学生适应现代生产力发展及创新能力方面起到了重要作用。

Abstract:According to the teaching needs of computer control technology,applied technology of PLC,field bus technology,hardware platform of the "computer control and automation network experimental system" is constructed.This experimental system is constituted by the equipment level,controls level,network level and the browser level,formally,separately mapping the equipment level,the scene control level,the workshop production management level and enterprise management level in the industrial production scene.The system provides an experimental environment for student to simulate the real industry scene.It proves that this experimental system has satisfied the need of basic experiment on the curriculum,the curriculum design and the graduation design.It has played an important role in adapting students to the development of modern productive forces and especially in cultivating innovation spirits in students.
