浅议唐代婚姻制度与社会习尚的矛盾现象

作为唐代政治法律制度重要构成的婚姻制度，在妇女地位、婚姻模式、“和亲”和禁婚政策以及婚姻道德方面与当时社会时尚存在着明显矛盾。这种矛盾现象折射：和映示了唐代政治、经济、文化和社会风俗的新特点、新气象，表现了思想开明、民族融合以及妇女地位上升的时代景观，反映出唐代潜存的意识形态与社会存在之间的差异和中古中国礼教与社会风情尚未完全耦合的时代特征。

On the Contradiction Between Matrimony System and Social Customs in Tang Dynasty

matimony system was an important part of the political and law system in Tang Dynasty,which had obvious contradictions with the social customs at that time in such aspects as woment's position,marriage mode,political marriage across nations, marriage prohibitions and marriage morality.These contradictions reflect the new characteristics and phenomena of Tang Dynasty in the fields of politics, economy, culture and social customs, and illustrate an openminded, nationmerging dynasty in which woment got higher social status.The contradictions also show the difference between the unconscious ideology and social entity and prove that the traditional morality and social customs were not unified in Tang Dynasty.
