马铃薯皮多酚类物质的超声波提取工艺研究

摘    要:以马铃薯皮为原料,乙醇-水为提取剂,采用F-C比色法,考察各因素对总酚提取率的影响,在单因素实验的基础上进行正交实验。分析结果表明,各因素影响效果依次为提取次数、提取时间、乙醇浓度、料液比。最终工艺确定为乙醇体积分数为55%,料液比为1∶10,超声波辅助提取3次,每次20 min。所得提取物,经冷冻干燥得马铃薯皮多酚提取物粉末,其产率为1.3%。

Abstract:Based on single factor tests,orthogonal test was conducted to test the influence of the concerned factors——the raw material: potato peel;extraction agent: alcohol-water;extraction method: F-C colorimetric method on polyphenols from potato peel.Results showed that extraction frequency was the most important factor,then time,concentration of ethanol and material-liquid ratio successively that influenced the polyphenols.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol volume fraction of 55%,1∶ 10 of material-liquid ratio,ultrasonic assisted extraction for 3 times,each time 20 min.The rate of production of extract obtained from fronzen drying potato peel was 1.3%.
