西瓜幼苗枯萎病早期侵染的组织学和细胞学研究

摘    要:本试验对西瓜抗、感枯萎病品种幼苗根部早期浸染的组织学和细胞学进行了研究。接种枯萎病菌后,抗病和感病品种根表商量及病苗侵染速度存在明显差异。幼苗受侵染后,其根的表皮、皮层、内皮层细胞均发生变化,产生细胞壁加厚层和乳状突,部分细胞的细胞质、细胞核降解;另一部分细胞线粒体和高尔基体数量增多,细胞代谢增强。抗病和感病品种之间在上述变化上无明显差异。

Abstract:Histological and cytological studies on the early infection of watermelon seedlings by Fusarium oxyspurum f.sp. niveum were made in the wilt-resistant and susceptible cultivars.After inoculation,there appeared marked differences in the amount of F.oxysporum f.sp.niveum at the roots surface as well as the speed of infection between the resistant and susceptible cultivars.When the seedlings were infected,changes occurred in the cellsof epidermis,cortex and endodermis of the root:apposition and papillae of the cell wall wereobserved,the cytoplasma and nuclei of a part of the cells degraded,the number of mitochondria and Golgi body increased in another part of the cells,and cell metabolism enhanced.No significant differences of the changes above were observed between the resistant and susceptible cultivars.
