关于增强党的执政能力问题的若干思考

执政党加强执政能力建设有两个层次,一是任何政党都必须注意执政能力建设,二是无产阶级政党如何巩固执政地位。加强党的执政能力建设,必须巩固和加强社会主义制度的基础,始终保持党的先进性,坚持科学的发展观,构建和谐社会。

Considerations on Strenghthening the Party's Administrative Ability

The strenghth of the Party's administrative ability can be devided into two parts:One is that any administrative Party should pay attention to construction of its administrative ability;The other is how the proletarian Party consolidates its administrative status.To strenghthen the Party's construction in administrative ability,the Party should consolidate and strenghthen the foundation of the socialist system,maintain the Party's advance all the time,adhere to the scientific viewpoint of development,and construct a harmonious society.
