啮合式准无级变速机构

摘    要:本准无级变速机构为一变直径式链传动近似的无级变速装置,是一啮合式无级变速装置,可克服摩擦式无级变速机构的缺点,其优点是比摩擦式无级变速机构效率高、重量轻、寿命长、传动功率大;但它仍具有瞬时传动比变化等一般链传动的缺点。可用于对传动比精度要求不高的起重、运输、车辆等方面的传动,对某些生产自动线的传动也是合适的,是较简单、轻便的理想啮合式的近似无级变速机构。

Abstract:The quasi-stepless,variable-speed mechanism presented in this paper is a variable diameter type of chain-drive,stepless variable-speed installation, a meshing stepless variable speed device. It can surmount the disadvantages of the frictional stepless variable-speed mechanisms. Its advantages are high efficiency,light weight,long life,high power transmittence, while it possess also some inherent disadvantages of the chain drive,such as variance in instantaneous speed ratio,etc,It can be used in lifting, transportation and vehicle transmissions with less demanding speed ratios.It can also be for automatic production lines. It is easy to operate and is an ideal light -weight, meshing type of near-to-stepless variable speed mechanism.
