摘    要:开展机构可靠性研究必须综合地运用机构运动学、机构动力学、摩擦磨损原理及可靠性工程等学科的最新成果。本文是将概率仿真分析与机构运动学、动力学微分方程相结合,通过对影响机构可靠性的基本变量离散化,运用概率仿真的方法,最终得出准确的可靠度指标。从而影响到对产品的设计,达到对产品优化的目的。

Abstract:The research of structure reliability must use synthetically the newest achievements of structure kinematics, structure dynamics, the concept of friction and abrasion and reliability engineering. This article combines the probability simulation analysis and the differentialequations of structureofkinematics anddynamics, makes the basic variables which affectthestructure reliability discrete, generates the accurate reliability value by using the probability simulation. This analysis method will affect the design of the product achieve the objects of optimization.
