| 摘 要： | 本文回顾了深海氧同位素曲线成功地反映了古温度变化的原因，分析了陆相环境古温度定量研究的困所在．洞穴钟乳石古温度研究经历了定性、半定量和定量三个发展阶段．最后对古温度定量研究中的三个影响因素（水的δ１８Ｏ，石笋生长速率及同位素分析精度）进行了探讨．
