| 摘 要： | 本以榆叶梅（Prunus triloba Lindl）、白丁香（Syringa oblata Var affinis ling）、黑桑（Morus nigra L）、石刁柏（Aspargus officinalis）和小听白蜡（Fraxinus bungeana）为材料，以砂为基质，用不同浓度的NAA处理后进行了扦插。在扦插后第18天，对扦插植物组织进行了可溶性糖、还原糖、氨基态氮、可溶性蛋白、淀粉酶含量的测定。结果表明：浓度为100－400mg／L的NAA对五种植物的生根都有促进作用，但最适度浓度有所不同：石刁柏为100mg／L，榆叶梅为200mg／L，而白丁香、黑桑和小叶白蜡则以400mg／L效果最好、同时，这些结果也正好与五种植物插条生根后，组织内的可溶性糖、氨基态氮含量和淀粉酶活性的提高，以及可溶性蛋白的降低的结果相一致。

| Abstract: | Five plants' cuttage shoots are treated by different conce ntr ation of NAA before being planted,including Prunus triloba lindl,Syringa oblata var affinis ling,Morus nigra L,Aspargus officinalis and Fraxinus bungeana.Their tissues are analyzed after seventeen days.It proved that the NAA can stimulate r oot growth for these cuttage shoots but each one has its best concentration.Aspa rgus officinalis is 100mg/L;prunus triloba lindl is 200mg/L;syringa oblata var affinis ling,Morus nigra L and Fraxinus bungeana L are 400mg/L.And tissue analy sis shows that the concentrations of soluble sugar,reducing sugar and ammonia ni trogen and the activity of amylase are improved.It is coincident with the reduc tion of soluble protein. |
